Binaan Tepat Sdn Bhd, a private limited company was subsequently incorporated a year later in 1993, in an effort to strengthen the company’s presence in the industry and its level of performance in meeting customer’s expectation as well as to expand its scope of operations.

Winson K.M.Mah and Yvonne S.N.Cheong are the founders-promoters of Binaan Tepat Sdn Bhd, and are still playing active roles in the company to realize the aspirations and objectives of the company.

Winson Mah, age 53, has brought with him more than 30 years of relevant working experience and knowledge in construction business to Binaan Tepat Sdn Bhd. Under the helm of Winson Mah, the innovative proprietary BT DRYWALL PANEL & CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM was developed after several years of thorough and extensive research and development. In 1996 the patent was granted by the Registrar of Patents, Malaysia for the innovative BT DRYWALL PANEL & CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM.

In 1997, BT Drywall Technology Sdn Bhd was formed (under the BT Group of Companies), and are into manufacturing of our patented BT Drywall Panel and at same time promoting our product and construction system to licensees, distributor, consultants, architects, contractors and end consumers for the local and oversea markets.

With proven track record in the undertaking of various construction projects locally and abroad, Binaan Tepat Sdn Bhd, registered holder of a Class ‘A’ license with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) and a class ‘G7’ license with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), had prequalified the statutory pre-requisites for undertaking construction work of all sizes.
